My Reiki path, the beginning of my spiritual awakening.
After the death of my dad at the age of 11, I built an armour around me and denied the access to my Spirit. I was feeling disconnected from everyone and I was definitely disconnected from myself, living a life for others to be ok, neglecting my own needs and desires.
I’ve started my spiritual journey with a single intention, finding the answer to the question :
What do I really want, and what am I passionate about, if anything?
As empath, people-pleasers, and codependants, we tend to have a hard time even know what we want and we struggle with self-worth.

Spirituality has been the answer for me. I’ve started to choose ME more and I’ve let myself be guided by pleasure & desire. Without even noticing it, I started a new career, not based on degrees but on passions. I now run a business based on my passion for teaching that gives me the freedom, the sense of purpose and the abundance I desire.
